TERMS AND CONDITIONS

DEPOSITS/PAYMENTS IN FULL:
Once a reservation has been made a deposit of $125 per person is required. All balance payments are due 45 days prior to departure.

PRICE GUARANTEE:
Under deregulation, airfares and prices in general may be increased at any time, without notice. Because of this, More Hawaii For Less can guarantee prices only for bookings which are paid in full. It is therefore recommended that bookings be paid in full at the time of reservation.

CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS:
Once your deposit or final payment is received, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CANCELLATION CHARGES ASSESSED BY THE AIRLINE, CONDOMINIUM, AND CAR RENTAL ANGENCIES; There will be no refund for unused services after travel begins. In addition, More Hawaii For Less will assess a $50 per person charge for any cancellation. THE ABOVE FEES ARE ASSESED REGARDLESS OF THE NATURE OF THE CANCELLATION. You are strongly encouraged to purchase Travel Insurance. We must be notified of all cancellations in writing. A cancellation form will be provided for you.

CHANGES:
Once your deposit or final payment is received, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CHANGE FEES ASSESSED BY THE AIRLINE, CONDOMINIUM, AND CAR RENTAL ANGENCIES. In addition More Hawaii For Less will assess a $75 per change fee. THE ABOVE FEES ARE ASSESSED REGARDLESS OF THE NATURE OF THE CHANGE. You are strongly encouraged to purchase Travel Insurance.

CAR RENTAL CONDITIONS:
Each car day included in your vacation package consists of a 24 hour period with unlimited free mileage. Late returns are subject to penalties paid by you directly to the car company. Each traveler must pay for gas, and optional insurance coverage as well as any other discretionary optional services. The rental car company requires a valid credit card, a valid drivers license and to be 25 years or older. Car rates do not include any of the Hawaiian state taxes and must be paid directly to the car rental agency.
